Romans 7:6-8

⁶ But now we have been ^(A)released from the Law, having ^(B)died to that by which we were bound, so that we serve in ^(C)newness of ^(D)the ^[a]Spirit and not in oldness of the letter.

^7 (E)What shall we say then? Is the Law sin? ^(F)May it never be! On the contrary, ^(G)I would not have come to know sin except ^[b]through the Law; for I would not have known about ^[c]coveting if the Law had not said, “^(H)You shall not ^[d]covet.” ⁸ But sin, ^(I)taking opportunity ^(J)through the commandment, produced in me ^[e]coveting of every kind; for ^(K)apart ^[f]from the Law sin is dead.
